A nourishing bath salt blend with lavender essential oils to nourish the skin and help you relax and unwind.
Epsom Salt, Fine & Coarse Himalayan Salt, Lavender E.O.
Epsom Salt: helps to relieve pain and muscle cramps, as well as relieving inflammation.
Pink Himalayan Salt: soothes cramped muscles, regulates hydration, detoxifies and deeply cleanses the skin, balances pH, eliminates toxins, stimulates blood circulation, and lowers blood pressure.
Lavender Essential Oil: Has the ability to relieve stress, improve mood, promote restful sleep, lower skin irritations, and it’s an antiseptic and anti- fungal which helps to reduce scarring and speeds up healing!
How to use:
First, you’ll want to draw your bath, and then sprinkle as much bath salts as you’d like (at least 1/4 cup) and soak for about 10-15 minutes. Once you’re out, follow with our Whipped Body Butter for soft, smooth skin.
